SLPA 2343 - Complex Communication Disorders and Assistive Technology

This course examines low incidence areas of disabilities affecting the communication system and the assistive technology concepts, strategies and intervention techniques to aid in communication support for people with complex disorders.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program; Reading, Writing, and Math Learning Support, if required; SLPA 2110 ; SLPA 2113 ; SLPA 2330 ; SLPA 2331 ; SLPA 2332 ; and SLPA 2333 . Corequisite(s): SLPA 2214 , SLPA 2341 , and SLPA 2342 .
