SLPA 2341 - Speech Disorders 3 Credit(s) This course is designed to study the etiology, characteristics and treatment of speech disorders including phonological processes, articulation, apraxia of speech, structural differences, dysarthria, and stuttering.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program; Reading, Writing, and Math Learning Support, if required; SLPA 2110 ; SLPA 2113 ; SLPA 2330 ; SLPA 2331 ; SLPA 2332 ; and SLPA 2333 . Corequisite(s): SLPA 2214 , SLPA 2342 , and SLPA 2343 .
