SLPA 2330 - Anatomy & Physiology of the Speech & Hearing Mechanism 3 Credit(s) This course is designed to study the anatomical systems of respiration, phonation, articulation, resonance, hearing and swallowing and explores neuroanatomy and neurophysiology and how disorders to those systems impact communication.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, and Reading, Writing, and Math Learning Support, if required. Corequisite(s): SLPA 2110 , SLPA 2113 , SLPA 2331 , SLPA 2332 , and SLPA 2333 .
