PHED 1345 - Intro to Pickleball

This course introduces students to pickleball, a sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It will cover the fundamental skills, strategies, and rules of pickleball, aiming to develop students’ physical fitness, hand-eye coordination, and strategic thinking. Students will engage in practical play, skill development, and game strategy to build proficiency in this accessible and enjoyable sport.
