MLAB 2403 - Clinical Microbiology 4 Credit(s) This course examines the study of microorganisms of medical importance as it relates to man and disease. The course includes discussions of proper collection, handling and examination of specimens, staining and culture techniques, identification methods, drug sensitivity testing, and quality control procedures.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the program and MLAB 1301 . Corequisite(s): MLAB 2402 , MLAB 2401 , and MLAB 2202 .
Lecture Hours: 3 hours per week Lab Hours: 30 hours per semester
