CHET 1320 - Process Control and Instrumentation I 3 Credit(s) Principles of process control and the functions of instruments used to monitor and control chemical processes; topics include controllers, open and closed loops, pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, and conductivity. Skill development to recognize instrument representation on piping and instrumentation diagrams.
Prerequisite(s): ENST 1300 with a C or better or MATH 1130 with a C or better and ENST 1362 with a C or better. Corequisite(s): None.
